Solicitation Description:

The Texas A&M University System’s objective in developing this RFP is to receive proposals from firms, experienced in reviewing, analyzing, and providing determinations of the best-value of proposed projects which may involve energy consumption, energy conservation, and/or energy production, to provide consulting for those project types identified in Section 3.2. The successful Respondent(s) will assist A&M System in assessing opportunities for entering into potential future agreements with other companies which may generate revenues, reduce energy usage or resource depletion, create local grid stability, or provide backup energy resources for A&M System at various locations across the State of Texas.
