This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation for Bid (IFB) or solicitation nor does it represent any commitment by the government. Since this is a sources sought announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation. A solicitation does not presently exist. All responses shall comply with the criteria established in this document to be considered for review.

Purpose:

21 CONS is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

Description of Requirement:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, material, and transportation necessary to complete landscaping project for 16th EWS, Peterson SFB, CO.

Q4 of Fiscal Year 2025

Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and provide the following in your response:

1. Name, address, CAGE code, and POC for your company.


2. Specify your business type, does your company fall under any small business concerns under NAICS 561730? List all that apply. (small disadvantage business, 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, women-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business)


3. Do you agree with the NAICS Code classification of 561730, Landscaping Services? Or would you suggest another more suitable to the requirement?


4. Would your organization propose on this contract as a prime contractor, prime contractor with subcontractor or another joint venture?


5. Does your company have a GSA pre-priced contact?


6. Are you able to provide the services in accordance with PWS Section 3, Requirements?


7. Do you find any of the PWS requirement impossible to perform or requiring further clarification?
