Scope of Services
HCPS is seeking Bids from experienced and qualified vendors interested in providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of the goods and services herein include, but not limited to, providing window tint and window security film and the provision of all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired goods and services and levels of performance. The Bidder shall indicate a response to all service requirements and specifications contained herein.

Good afternoon, are safety film substitutions acceptable when they outperform the requested materials? If not, what is the reason that equal or better options are not considered, that doesn`t seem to be a common practice with projects such as this. Please advise.

1. There may be at times.
2. No, a site visit will not be scheduled initially. However, when the service is needed, the awarded vendor will meet with the Project Coordinator at the job site to review the needs and requirements. |
