Lehman College of The City University of New York intends to procure the services of a General Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide Campus-wide and President’s Resident Tree Maintenance Services to Lehman College. Lehman College Campus located at 250 Bedford Park Blvd. West, Bronx, NY 10468 and President’s Resident located at 681 West 231 ^st Street, Bronx NY 10466. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) of the New York State Executive Law.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
