2026 Myers Road Project

Project Description: All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com Latimore Township at 2/18/2026. Sealed Proposals will be received on or before 11:00 AM on the above Letting Date. Notice is hereby given of a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Latimore Township to be held at the Township office at 559 Old US Route 15, York Springs, PA 17372 on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of consideration and award of the above-described bids and any and all other business properly before the Board. In the event that bids are not awarded at such special meeting, the bids may be awarded at a regular meeting of Latimore Township held within 60 days after the bid date. Regular meetings of the Township are held at the Township offices on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., prevailing time. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $ 870.00 per calendar day.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
For third class cities the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10 % of the
bid, made payable to the municipality. For other municipal types it is the discretion of the municipality.
A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the
successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
