Facilities Management On-Call Asbestos Abatement Services

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to secure the services of an asbestos abatement contractor to perform miscellaneous abatement work for the Pierce County Facilities Management Department. Possible work locations include but are not limited to general office buildings, court facilities, correctional facilities, and other selected Pierce County facilities on an as-needed basis.

Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of work that may be performed. The scope of work will be identified by Pierce County and then estimated by the successful contractor, including, scope, required hours, and materials to complete work. Work will then be assigned by Pierce County with a Work Assignment with associated purchase order number. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor, and all necessary equipment to perform all work as described in the scope of work.
