Description:

The City of Lawrence invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing transportation services to Homeless-Foster Students of the Lawrence Public Schools and displaced students who attend school in Lawrence on a scheduled basis and as per the attached specifications. This is in accordance with the provisions of the Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which oblige the School Departments of Cities and Towns to provide adequate transportation within the City of Lawrence, as well as out-of-district, under the terms of the federal McKinney-Vento Act.

Pre-Bid Conference
Each bidder is strongly advised to attend the pre-bid conference on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 @ 11:00 a.m., at the Lawrence Public Schools’ Conference Room 124, located on the 1 st floor of City Hall Annex, 237 Essex Street, Lawrence, MA 01840.
