Description: MARK Project, Inc. is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide a geothermal test well for a proposed vertical closed-loop geothermal system associated with the renovation and additions of the Inn at Kirkside located at 53865 State Highway 30, Roxbury. NY 12474. The intent of the geothermal test well is to utilize the information provided from the test to accurately size and design a geothermal well field to support the HVAC loads of the proposed Project. Please refer to the enclosed “Geothermal Test Well Procedure” specification, Site Plan, and Drawing M-301 are available for proposed test well location.
