Site Visit for Bulk Gaseous Helium at U.S. Navy Diving Experimental Unit, Panama City, FL

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This site visit is being held to clarify the process of cascading of trailer and the up to 3 days for this process to help the government refine the requirement to solicit at a later date. Gaseous Helium shall conform to the requirements of Type I, Grade B of specification MIL-PRF-27407E, dated 23 Apr 2024, Propellant Pressurizing Agent Helium, NSN: 9135-01-665-9551. Customer use rate is estimated to be 300,000 SCF annually and would require 2 or more deliveries per year, coordinated at least 3 months in advance.
