Project Description: The City of Brownsville (“City”) is seeking information from qualified firms regarding potential approaches, methodologies, staffing models, and general cost considerations for performing a short-term, citywide code compliance assessment.
The intent of this RFI is to better understand:
• Available service models in the marketplace
• How firms define and perform citywide field coverage
• Typical staffing and timeframes for similar engagements
• Budgetary cost ranges for comparable work
