Project Description: The City of Brownsville (“City”) is seeking information from qualified firms regarding potential approaches, methodologies, staffing models, and general cost considerations for performing a short-term, citywide code compliance assessment.
The intent of this RFI is to better understand:
• Available service models in the marketplace
• How firms define and perform citywide field coverage
• Typical staffing and timeframes for similar engagements
• Budgetary cost ranges for comparable work
Information gathered through this RFI may be used to refine the City’s scope of services and determine an appropriate procurement approach for any future solicitation.
