Synopsis:

|
2025 Fuel Supply
The R.M. of Touchwood No. 248 is accepting Tenders for the supply of diesel fuel from May 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026. Contractors shall provide their quotation and supporting documents on or before the time and date noted below.
The successful bidder will provide the following services:
Supplying of approximately 70,000 litres of diesel fuel to the Municipality fuel tank located at SW 31-26-17 W2.
Fuel supplier shall maintain a full level of diesel fuel in the tank. The Municipality will not be monitoring and phoning to request delivery.
It is essential that a delivery slip be provided with invoices.
Submit a proposal that meets the Municipalities fuel needs which includes price per litre on the date of submission, plus applicable taxes, how the price may vary on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and, a price guarantee period, if any.

The Municipality has the right to refuse any or all tenders, the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted and the right to waive any minor non-compliance if the Municipality is of the opinion that it does not result in a Bidder receiving an unfair advantage over another Bidder. The Municipality further reserves the right to award or refuse tenders based on a past working history with a contractor.
