Project Description: Middletown Township is performing a roadway resurfacing program for several roadways within the municipal limits. The funding for this project will be provided through the PennDOT Liquid Fuels Program. In general, the work consists of resurfacing several roadways within the Township with asphalt mill and overlay, base repair, leveling course as necessary, replacement of line striping and pavement markings, ADA curb ramp replacements, and replacement of loop detectors. The scope of work is more fully described in the Project Specifications herein and on the Project Plans.
