Equipment Fluid Sampling, Testing & Analysis Services

Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting bids to establish a 36-month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement for equipment fluid sampling testing and analysis services for the City of Dallas. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. This is applicable to mechanical and electrical equipment and includes fluids (differential fluids, hydraulic fluids, oil, grease, fuel, lubricant, etc.) from facility gearboxes, pumps, turbines, transmissions, generators, compressors and transformers. This service will assist the City in its facility-specific condition monitoring, predictive, and preventative maintenance programs. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services ordered under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
