Purchase of a Used Grader

The RM of Elfros No. 307 seeks tenders for purchase of a used Motor Grader.

Machine Specifications:

Motor Grader must be equipped with the following minimum specifications:

1 CAT 160M or equivilent - John Deere 870G or equivilent

2 Hour range from 5000 to 10,499hrs

3 Minimum operating weight 45,000kg

4 Winter package/ Arrangement

5 Front and rear auxiliary hydraulics

6 Heated outside mirrors

7 Rear and Front fenders

8 Back-up lights and alarms

9 Minimum standard yellow and blue beacon light

10 Cab with: Ac and Heat, Cloth air ride seats, front and rear window defrost, three rear view mirrors, gauges for engine temperature, transmission temperature, articulation and fuel, slope meter.

Please include details on the options/ accessories, including steering configuration, ripper, blades, snow equipment, ect. Please specify tire condition, paint condition, operator station condition and any body damages. Please specify warranty options, parts and service credit options.

Submissions of tenders for the purchase of a used motor Grader will be recieved by the RM of Elfros No. 307. This posting includes all information required to submit tenders. Teder documents can be emailed, faxed or mailed.

Tenders will be received at the office of: RM of Elfros No. 307, box 40, Elfros, SK S0A 0V0.

Tenders will be accepted no later than 1:00pm CST on April 14th 2025 by mail or email to rm307@sasktel.net or fax (306) 328-4490.

The lowest priced tenders will not necessarily be accepted.

The Tender evaluation criteria will be determinded by the Council of the RM of Elfros No. 307. The evaluation will be based upon the grader that provides best value to the municipality.
