This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Home Health E-Signature Software as a Service
Platform Solution.
The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price award with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 518210, with a size standard of $40 million. The Product Service Code is DA10.
This acquisition is 100% for Total Small Business set-aside.
All quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov at the time of quote submission and award. The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct then if necessary.
