Project Description: This is an on-call contract used largely by our department for the technical design of our various capital MS4 projects. Our MS4 program requires extensive restoration treatment that we are providing through the design of various stream restoration, outfall stabilization, stormwater management and tree planting design projects. We also use this contract for staff augmentation and technical review support of these various projects.
