The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located at Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 has an upcoming requirement for Non-Personal Family Practice Services. 12-month Base Period and one (1) 12-month Option Period. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 561320: Temporary Help Services with a small business size standard of $34.0.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00102 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by March 21, 2026. Evaluation factors may include Past Performance, Retention, Key Personnel and, price. Quotes will be due on or by March 30, 2026. The acquisition is an ISBEE set aside.
In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
