The proposed work includes a new asphalt road surface, adding 4’ paved shoulders, with edge line and centerline rumble strips. New striping, signage, and guardrail is also included within the project. Tree clearing shall be done between November 1 and March 31 (see JSP "O"), however; construction shall not begin prior to April 1, 2025.
