Weber Human Services- Stepping Stone Construction

Project Description: The project consists of constructing a new single story, approximately 1,500 square foot building intended for administrative and small group functions. The facility will include private offices, a group meeting room, support spaces, and associated building systems. The scope also includes site development such as grading, drainage, utility connections (water, sewer, power, telecom, and stormwater), and landscaping with low maintenance plantings and irrigation. The building’s exterior design and materials shall match the existing building style on the site.
