Small Projects - Site & Roadway Improvements IDQ FY26

The work under this project consists of improvements and repairs to the City of Norfolk's public facilities and roadways including miscellaneous concrete items and drainage. Projects may include new construction, rehabilitation of existing structures, or utility cut repairs. Some projects may be federally funded, therefore, full complaince with the Davis-Bacon Act will be required. This is an annual Indefinite Quantity Contract.

All Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025 4:00 pm through the Questions portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/norfolk/projects/184471 .
