Project Description: Spanish Fork City plans to design and construct a new Public Works Facility to meet the current needs of the community, the Public Works Department and accommodate future growth. The City seeks to hire a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) to provide design assist services and construct the Public Works Facility. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Architect to construct the project within the approved construction budget.
It is the intent of Spanish Fork City to utilize existing City land to create a fully functional, efficient Public Works Facility.
It is anticipated that The Construction Manager/General Contractor will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) at the 100% construction drawing level.
The CM/GC shall assist the City and the Project Team to develop the target Construction Budget for the Project, but the City is expecting this Construction Budget to be $25,000,000 at a minimum.
