NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SINGLE SOURCE AWARD - The USDA Forest Service intends to solicit a quotation on a single source basis IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) from John Fabick Tractor Co for Skid Steer Cab Repair.



1.0 Scope of Work



Replace all cab, electrical, and cooling system damaged from incident. Test to ensure all replacement parts are working properly before pick-up.
