Project Description: The maintenance and repair of Richland County-owned detention ponds, ditches, water quality units, and curb screens. Properly maintain and repair our detention ponds to allow retaining larger flows and thus reduce the peak runoff rates downstream and to assist in providing necessary storage volumes during larger storm events and removing certain pollutants.
