Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select a contractor to provide Recycling & Disposal Services for end-of-life electronic equipment as needed and secure firm fixed pricing for revenue to Pinellas County Schools (the district). The successful bidder shall provide all equipment, materials, and incidentals to pick-up, dismantle, process, recycle, and properly dispose of District owned electronic waste products at the prices specified herein during the term of the agreement. The performance of the successful bidder shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications and at the quality standards of service set forth herein. Contractors shall provide Gaylord containers in advance and shall respond within 72 hours of notification for container pick-up.
