There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, April 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM. CDT at the Amarillo Civic Center Complex Administrative Offices located on the east side of the Complex at Entrance 6. The physical address of the Complex is 401 S. Buchanan Street, Amarillo, Texas, 79101.
