Scope of Services
This Invitation to Bid (ITB) intends to select a plumbing contractor for the annual replacement of Versa Filter III water filters in Oasis water coolers in use throughout the District. Polk County Public Schools (PCPS) recently installed approximately 1,900 Oasis water coolers and 500 Oasis water cooler bottle filler combo units. The scope of this bid is to replace water filters and the associated task indicated in the following specifications. Please take a look at Section II Specifications. The bid per unit price must include all services listed in this Invitation to Bid. The quantities listed in this bid reflect the estimated need for this project. The bidder`s line-item price must include all costs (including travel expenses).
