The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001923G0002 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) in Owego, NY.
