Solicitation Summary
The Town of Oxford Water System Upgrades: Water Meter Replacement project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: the installation of the Town-provided water meters and associated equipment, the installation of the Town-provided tower-mounted antennas and relevant equipment, and the locating and test pitting of all water service lines. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all construction operations required to completely finish all of the work to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Engineer.
