2026 Collection and Transport of Solid Waste and Recyclables

Project Description: The Palmer Township Board of Supervisors is receiving bids for the Collection and Transport of Solid Waste and Recyclables.
This contract includes, but is not limited to, the collection and transport of municipal solid waste and recyclables from Residential Units, Municipal Facilities, and Community Events located within Palmer Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Bids will be received online only, until March 11th, 2026, at 12:00pm (local time) through PennBID.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held February 26th, 2026 at 10:00am at the Palmer Kiwanis Youth Center at 3052 Green Pond Rd, Palmer, PA 18045.
