Description

This is a combined pre-solicitation, solicitation notice. The Contractor shall

provide Low Voltage Electrical Switchgear preventive maintenance Services at the U.S.

Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The price shall include all labor,

materials, overhead, and profit. The Contractor shall furnish all

engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to

provide the required services as specified in the Solicitation. In consideration

of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this

contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price for all services.



The Government intends to establish a firm fixed price contract

that includes a one-year base year plus three 12-month optional periods of

performance, at the discretion of the Government, resulting from this

solicitation to the best qualified responsible offeror whose proposal

conforms to the solicitation and represents the lowest price, acceptable offer from the responsible offeror to the Government per the evaluation factors established in the solicitation.
