The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of CAPP SMITH PARK FOOD TRUCK IMPROVEMENTS in the City of Watauga, Texas, together with the necessary appertaining work.

Attention to the Bidders is called to the Instructions to Bidders, which are included in the proposed Contract Documents.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, September 2 at 10:00 AM (CST) at City of Watauga Council Chambers, 7105 Whitley Road, Watauga, Texas 76148.

Questions pertaining to this bid will be received until Friday, September 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM (CST). All questions must be submitted by the deadline via IONWAVE only; no emails or phone calls will be accepted.

Successful Bidders shall be required to comply with all laws pertaining to minimum wage and discrimination of persons. Minimum rates of pay to all laborers and mechanics on the project must not be less than as provided in the Wage Rate Schedule, and wage provisions must particularly comply with all other applicable wage laws of the State of Texas.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The City of Watauga also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
