Description:
The new building to be constructed will be approximately 120,500 square feet, and include the demolition of Staley Hall, a 31,000 sq. ft. two-story structure built in 1954. The new facility will be shared by the College of Education and Athletics schools and will also serve as the University’s Convocation Center. The estimated capacity is approximately 4,000 to 5,000 students.

DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT:
Provide full A/E services for Phase I and Phase II For the construction of SHM Convocation Center Replacement. The
project will include a concessions, locker rooms, offices and classrooms as well as basketball and volleyball. Through
closeout.
