Description: The University at Buffalo intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law ยง355 (5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity/product or service. The State University of New York at Buffalo seeks a cloud-based, mobile-friendly campus portal to streamline access to services and information for students, faculty, and staff. The portal must fully support the following capabilities: 1. Role-Based Access: Supports custom audiences and roles, ensuring users see only the content relevant to their needs. 2. Google-like Search: To enable users to quickly find and launch campus resources. 3. Mobile-First Design: Ensuring a responsive experience across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. 4. Custom Branding: Supports institutional branding, allowing customization of logos, colors, style, etc. 5. Analytics and Monitoring: Offers visualization and reports of usage patterns, and ability to tie the portal to Google Analytics account 6. Scalable: The portal should have implementations at multiple R1 universities, and be able to support 40,000+ University At Buffalo users. 7. Native Apps: Capability to create Native App for iOS and Android. 8. Single sign-on: Utilizing using Shibboleth and/or InCommon. 9. RESTful API: For both pushing and pulling information to/from the platform. 10.
