Synopsis:
|
|
Project Title: 110 Street UPAR Project - Deep Utilities
The 2025 UPAR Project - Concrete aims to replace the City's deteriorating concrete infrastructure and enhance pedestrian walkability. The project prioritizes areas with the most critical conditions, addressing damaged sidewalks, curbs, curb-crossings and adding pedestrian ramps (where missing) to expand the City's accessibility network. The scope of work in this tender comprises all necessary construction activities regarding sidewalk replacements and installations.
Asphalt Paving and Landscaping are excluded from the scope of work and will be tendered separately.
