The City of Warman (the "City") is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified proponents (the "Proponent(s)") to operate the concession/restaurant/lounge facility (the "Facility") within the Warman Home Centre Communiplex (the "Communiplex"). Proponents must be experienced in safe handling of food and must possess the licenses to prepare and service food in the province of Saskatchewan.
