Project Description: You are invited to submit an offer and delivery date for the supply of the following to the City of Victoria:
The Corporation of the City of Victoria (“City”) currently utilizes the Telestaff scheduling platform to manage staffing for Victoria Fire Department (VFD) personnel assigned to the fire suppression, fire prevention, emergency management, mechanical, and administration divisions. The on-premise system has been in place since 2012. The City is looking to implement a modern scheduling solution in 2025. Telestaff is used for essential scheduling functions including shift assignments, shift trades, vacation bidding and reporting.
The City is inviting vendors to respond to this Request for Offer for the design, migration and implementation of a new scheduling solution for VFD which must be in service by January 01, 2026.
