Demolition and removal of current materials and install three new HVAC units with ductwork. Two units on the exterior of the main building. One on the exterior of another building located on the same property. The material will include the new units, parts, and warranties. The project will include federal funds and adherence to guidelines such as registration with Sam.gov, proof of insurance, and Davis-Bacon.
