Description View Changes

The purpsoe of Amendment 2 is to upload questions and answers and Revised RFQ per the questions that were asked. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The purpose of Amendment 1 is to correct the due date from 8/5/2025 to 9/5/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All communications and documents must include the solicitation number NB643080-25-01731. The contracting officer will not use, nor this solicitation be subject to the formal source selection procedures described in FAR Part 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement in Gaithersburg for a X-Ray Diffractometer per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Requirements & Specifications document.
