The approximate extent and character of the RFQ is generally described as follows:
Provide staffing for a Capital Projects Manager to the Paulding County Department of Transportation. The Capital Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of larger County Transportation / Road capital improvement projects that are funded utilizing Federal Grant funding, State Grant funding, and the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST).
