Description: This requirement is for one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of 80,000 SQFT / 9.75k short tons, or up to a total of 160,000 SQFT / 19.5k short tons of military cargo (wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and breakbulk) from the packing list. The Vessels laden speed shall be 15 knots.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Beaumont, TX (USA). The laydays commence/cancel 01 June 2025. The period of performance will be about 23 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration’s Procurement Center Representative concurred with this decision.
