The City of Oakland proposes to construct safety improvements at the following intersections: Oakland Avenue and Moss Avenue; and 98th Avenue and C Street. Project work includes installing flashing beacons, pavement markings and signs, new storm drain pipes and inlets, constructing a median island, curb ramps and bulb outs.
