The JBSA Lackland Contracting Squadron, 502 CONS/JBKAA, intends to procure, via brand name acquisition, an EVAPCO ATW 238-3J-2 two-cell induced draft, counterflow closed-circuit fluid cooler for the 502d Civil Engineer Squadron (502CES). The contractor shall procure and deliver this specific EVAPCO model to JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX, as a direct replacement for the existing unit. This model is required to maintain compatibility and ensure uninterrupted operation of the HVAC system supporting Air Force student housing. This requirement is solely for the purchase and delivery of the system; installation is not included. See attached documents for further details.
The Government is currently utilizing NAICS: 333415 Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing; PSC: 4120 Air Conditioning Equipment; Size Standard: 1250 Employees. The anticipated award is Firm Fix Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
