SITE VISITS:
For a site visit for shed location and confirming present shed color, please contact Jennie Purcell, Chief of Operations or James Stamer, Maintenance Department at 856-903-1204 on/or before February 13, 2026.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Library is seeking to select a contractor or contractors to provide for the following:

Site preparation, foundation materials and installation of a foundation for a storage
building;

Purchase and installation of an outside storage shed/building which will house the Library’s F250 pick- up truck, all plows needed for snow removal, work tools and any outside furniture and/or equipment when not in use.
The storage building will be located in the back of the Library behind the existing shed, near the dumpster and near the rear employee entrance. The color of the storage building must match or coordinate with the existing storage building which is a tan color. A color sample will be required prior to award for review by the Chief of Operations and Library Maintenance to ensure color coordination with exterior of Library and existing shed.
A “size” diagram of the shed is included within this specification.
The contractor(s) may submit pricing for Option #1 (Site Preparation and Foundation Materials and Installation) and/or Option #2 (Purchase and Installation of Outdoor Storage Building). Each Option award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder for each Option.

This project can be bid as Option #1 and/or Option #2. If the total amount of the project for Option #1 and/or Option #2 is above $19,375.00, Prevailing Wage Rates must be paid to the workers and a Public Works Contractor Registration must be submitted with your submission.

Building permits will be required for both the storage building and foundation. The cost of the permits will be borne by the contractor(s).

Contractor(s) is (are) responsible for site safety based on OSHA guidelines

|
