This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Annual Comprehensive Fixed Physical Equipment Inventory Utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in support of the Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) 20 as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 13 will be used. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 541614 has a small business size standard of $20.0 Million. The business has been verified for ownership and control pursuant to 38 CFR 74 and is so listed in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/).

Period of Performance will be a base plus five option years.

The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time.
