NYSERDA RFI-4464 advances large-scale renewable energy projects by identifying sites that can be made build-ready for private renewable energy developers. The Clean Energy Resources Development and Incentives “Build-Ready” Program will identify suitable sites and then develop renewable energy projects for eventual competitive auction to private developers. The Program will foster and encourage local understanding about the importance of renewable energy and the value that it can bring to local communities.
