2025 Mining and Minerals Sector Conferences Government of Alberta Booth Construction
The Government of Alberta (GoA) is requesting proposals for the design, transport, and construction of an Alberta Pavilion at two major mining and minerals conferences in 2025: the AME Roundup in Vancouver (January 20-23) and the PDAC Conference in Toronto (March 2-5). The contractor will be responsible for transporting existing booth materials from storage, constructing the pavilion at each venue, providing event support, deconstructing the booth after each event, and returning materials. The design should create a welcoming space for networking and discussions, using existing GoA booth elements and additional components as needed. Booth sizes are 600 sq. ft. at Roundup and 300 sq. ft. at PDAC.
