DNR-230061, East Harbor SP Electric Utility Infrastructure
This project is located in northern Ohio at East Harbor State Park; 1169 Buck Rd., Lakeside Marblehead, Ohio 43440.
The project involves a phased renovation and upgrades to the campground electrical distribution system. Major items of work include: coordinating service upgrades with the local power company. The removal and disposal of components of the existing electrical system. Installation of the electrical upgrades. Restoration of all paving, landscape etc. that is disturbed by the work performed.
All work is to be completed under one unit price/lump sum General Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is April 30, 2026.
The foregoing is for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the amount of work involved in this project and is to be used as a guide in requesting documents for this project.
Note: Bidding for this project will be conducted electronically via Bid Express.
Engineers Estimate: $3,213,000.00
