ZBIERSKI HOUSE REPAIRS AND PAINTING AT EASTERN POINT BEACH
The City of Groton will receive proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 295 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 1:30 P.M. on October 22, 2024. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, October 8, 2024 at 10:00 A.M at the Zbierski House located at Eastern Point Beach, 1 Beach Pond Road, Groton, CT. It is the City’s goal is to have the exterior of the building damage and rot repaired or replaced and then painted. The bid scope will have two areas which need to be addressed. First, the trim, railings and flooring which has rotted will need to be replaced. Second, the entire building will be painted. The required Bid Form and Specifications are attached.
