APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purchase of miscellaneous electrical, low-voltage, and IT cabling supplies required by the Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) and its associated clinics. These supplies are critical to the daily operations and maintenance of essential IT and communications systems that directly support patient care delivery. GIMC is looking for interested vendors that have a warehouse/supply center that is within 150 miles of its facility to supply the cables detailed in the attached Requirements Document-GMIC IT Supplies.
Timely access to these materials ensures GIMC’s Information Technology and Facilities Management staff can complete installations, repairs, and upgrades efficiently minimizing downtime to clinical systems, life-safety communications, and infrastructure supporting direct patient services. Delays in obtaining materials would jeopardize the operational readiness of systems vital to patient care, safety, and facility compliance.
The contractor shall furnish all materials, components, and accessories necessary to support Information Technology (IT), Facilities Maintenance, and Security infrastructure projects. Supplies shall meet or exceed current Industry, Federal, and IHS standards for safety, performance, and interoperability.
